Just a quick note to say how much we appreciated Don's time and patience last Friday evening, while we went over and over the different options for the new furnace... Don went over and above the definition of customer service in spending over 2 hours with my wife and I going over new furnace and A/C options. All on a FRIDAY EVENING...
While a new furnace/AC is an expensive proposition, Darrell and Matt so far are doing a great job with the installation and Don has been checking in often to check on progress. I am confident that it will be a great install as well.
Frankly, I could not say whether Kent was more or less expensive than other alternatives, because with this type of attention to the customers needs, I think that paying a premium for the Lennox furnace (even if there is one) is well worth the peace of mind in trusting the company to do a great job. Although many others might 'shop around' to save a few bucks, it just ends up costing them in the long run.
